About the Lobo Hall of Fame

The MPC Foundation is proud to host an annual dinner recognizing distinguished alumni and outstanding alumni-athletes from MPC each spring.

Conceived in 1991 by esteemed history instructor, author and former football coach, Dr. Richard Kezirian, the original vision was to recognize outstanding performances by former MPC student athletes not just on the field or court, but for their philanthropic commitments to their local communities. Beginning in 1997, the Hall of Fame Advisory Group broadened its mission to include distinguished MPC alumni outside of athletics for their contributions made to the college and their communities. 

The 2024 Lobo Hall of Fame Awards Dinner was held on Friday, March 15, 2024 at the Monterey Marriott and we had a great time!

Nominations are accepted on a continual basis, and will be reviewed by the Hall of Fame Advisory Group each fall to determine the next year’s inductees.

Lobo Hall of Fame Scholarship Fund

In recognition of the incredible accomplishments of our Lobo Hall of Famers, the MPC Foundation is honored to establish the Lobo Hall of Fame Scholarship Fund to support future generations of MPC alumni. Currently in its inaugural year, we look forward to presenting the first LHF Scholarship Recipient at the Lobo Hall of Fame Awards Dinner in March 2024!

Gifts to the LHF Scholarship Fund are fully tax deductible, and can be made in honor of an inductee, favorite faculty member or coach, or another loved one who played a special role in your life. And of course, gifts provide financial support and encouragement to current MPC students as they strive to reach their educational goals, inspired by the achievements of our noteworthy Hall of Famers!

All LHF Scholarship donors will be recognized below, including the names of those who are paid tribute to, if noted. We look forward to seeing this list grow as we begin to raise awareness and support for the LHF Scholarship Fund.
