Honor Grants
The MPC Foundation offers significant financial support to Nursing, Fire Academy, and EMT students through its Honor Grants program. Students enrolled in or waitlisted for MPC’s Nursing, Fire Academy, or EMT programs for Spring 2027 are encouraged to apply.
Students may apply for up to $10,000 per academic year. Funds are provided directly to students before the start of each term and may be used for expenses related to completing their program, including tuition, fees, housing, childcare, transportation, equipment, and other educational costs.
Honor Grants provide interest-free funding, with monthly contributions beginning one year after graduation. These contributions help sustain the program for future students.

How to Apply
Spring 2027 applications open October 15, 2026, and close December 13, 2026, at midnight. To apply, visit mpc.awardspring.com, create an account if needed, and enter the code HONOR.
The application process includes:
- Completing the application.
- Completing a free online financial literacy course.
- Participating in an interview, if invited.
- Completing a financial consultation to review the budget and final award amount.
- Signing a pledge agreement to begin contributions one year after program completion.
